Monthly Goal - Recovery
Due to my calf injury, I opted to use the opportunity to focus on stretching, warm ups, post-workout recovery, and the like. I feel I succeeded for a week or two, but have fallen off in the last week. I have, however, gotten back to my regular Sunday yoga class and may have found a Tuesday night class to add as well. I'm much better at the practice while in class, so I feel that will help me in the future.
