That sucks! Better off letting it heal though.I had to scrap my run yesterday because I pulled a muscle in my back, it's feeling better today, but its frustrating. I have a tri in 10 days hope its better by then.
whoa! Check that foot out!! Think you might have broken something?? When I stepped in that mole hole (I know, dumb) it took my foot three weeks to come around. Lots of pool jogging.
oh, major bummer, dude! that looks painful. you're extremely smart to stay off your foot though and skip the race. i did my tri the other weekend despite a sore throat and blocked ears...which led to an ear infection. i was really happy with my race but now i'm paying the price and haven't been able to train in the past 2 weeks (for the next race in 3 weeks). so, there's my cautionary tale...keep your eyes on the prize!

Yikes! Hope you are not standing around at work all day on that thing! If so put on a compression sock. Heal quick!
