4:30 AM
Alarm goes off

4:35 AM
Alarm goes off again
"OMG, I'm nodding off before I can even get up.  This is going to be a long day!"

4:45 AM
Breakfast
(two bowls of Multigrain Cheerios)

5:15 AM
Realize it's only 48 degrees outside

5:15:01 AM
Debate whether this riding my bike to work thing is a good idea.

5:15:10 AM
Crazy me kicks in and I figure it can't be that bad

5:30 AM
(*I'm outside*)
"This is bad!"

5:31 AM
"Why did I do this?!"

5:32 AM
"No one's on the road.  I can turn around and no one will know."

5:40 AM
"Ok, now I'm good."
(aka, I'm completely numb)

6:16 AM
Arrive at work (11.3 miles)

You may not notice, but I'm shivering

Break #1
Cat Nap #1

2:00 PM

Took a Raspberry Hammer Gel
(Of the three - Clif Shots, GU, and Hammer, Hammer wins the "I won't try that again" award)

Leave for home
"Thank God it's warmer!!"

Arrive home (11.5 miles)

Probably passed out!

I'm trying to figure out how you work in a "cat nap" at work. If I could do that it would be AMAZING!! Sounds like an active day!!

I certainly don't have to worry about being too cold right now. I can't find a way to get out of the heat!

Impressive. Yesterday when it was 38 here I waited for it to warm up, warm being a relative term.

Sounds like a good day!! I won't try Hammer again either..It made me vomit on one of my runs!! Ha ha! 1st Endrance or Powerbar gels for me. I just wish they sold the Powerbar in a big Jug!!!
