Team Awesome (May Be The Death Of Me...)

What is this "Team Awesome" you may ask.

Why does this team threaten my life?

Should you be concerned?

All good questions.

I will leave this video as a way for you to come to these answers on your own.

ENJOY!

I will explain everything tomorrow.

In other news, I've slightly changed my training schedule by alternating run and rest days.  I still have some shin pain this week, but we'll see if giving myself a rest day inbetween does me any good.  I ran 3.34 miles today at an 8:12/mile pace.  Yesterday I was unable to rest completely, so I went to the pool for a 3000 yard (1.7 mile) workout.

Questions
1.  Do you know all the lyrics to Michael Jackson's Thriller?
I obviously do not.

2.  How has your training been going?  Any glitches recently?

Stay fit.  Stay healthy.

Training going good (knock on wood) last glitch was december 9 days of terrible flu, it was BAD. I looked like a contestant on survivor!

I second Caroline's comment--keep your hands on the wheel. 10 and 2!

Sweet moves! I sometimes jam out in my car, too. And no, I don't know the words to Thriller.

@ Amanda - I've seen it. I haven't had time to comment much, but I'll get to it.

@ Caroline - That's awesome that you've gone so long without a glitch. I'm a little jealous!

@ Richelle - Would you believe they now teach "9 and 3" and sometimes even "8 and 4"?! Apparently 10 and 2 makes it too easy for an airbag to hurt your wrists. I'm wondering if I'd be able to pass a driving test these days with all their changes.

@ KC - Glad I could break up the monotony of your day! haha
