Yesterday, a friend and I decided to do this crazy workout. Low and behold, it turns out it's a bad idea to do a crazy workout right before work without having done a workout at all in the last month. Who knew?!
Here's the workout... It was all done as fast as you could for time.
100 Plank Ups (alternating)
80 Mountain Climbers
70 Russian Twists (10 lb)
60 Push ups
50 Goblet Squats
TIME = 19:06
...and then we hit up spinning class!
Swim fast. Bike smart. Run hard.
