I felt like utter and complete CRAP. I am now back to it, with minor tweeks. I thought it would taste sooo good. Well, it tasted good, but the aftermath was horrible. My stomach cramped up and I just felt gross for the next few days. It really is amazing how our bodies adapt to changes in the food we eat. No more meat for me!! <br />But, we do still eat sushi every once in awhile.
